With authenticity, passion, and humor, Gaye touches people’s hearts and minds.  She loves the Lord, and she passionately reminds her audiences that they were created for a divine purpose.  As a national speaker and workshop leader, Gaye is known for her ability to generate enthusiasm, create connections, and focus people on living with purpose. 

Gaye knows the joy and the challenges that come with trying to be authentic and live a faith-based life in a world that demands so much.  Her professional experience includes leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.  She has served as the Chief of Staff to a Christian college president and has worked with a Christian family conference ministry.  Through her company, Significant Solutions, Inc., Gaye helps individuals and business owners create solutions by making the connection between intentional living and meaningful work.  She finds great joy in serving as a worship leader, a community volunteer, and being actively involved in her own church.
