Keith Scarborough preaches by using all the performing skills he developed over his 25 years as a professional entertainer. His comedic style provides a fresh approach to the way the Gospel of Jesus Christ is delivered. Keith uses storytelling and many colorful characters to bring the message to life. He speaks in churches across the country on Sunday mornings, in youth camps and rallies, and as a stand up comedian to various church-sponsored events.

The purpose behind the comedy is to breakdown any barriers his audience may have brought with them in order to bring them a message of God's love. Although Keith has an "out-of-the-box" approach it should be noted that he has a very conservative theology.

Revivals – Keith is a soul-winner. His style of preaching is always very well received by the “un-churched.” He is very effective at casting and drawing in the net.

Youth Events – Keith is a proven youth speaker. As a former youth pastor and performer Keith knows how to push the right buttons to keep young audiences listening and responding.

Camps – As a camp pastor Keith’s style works really well. He has a “tried and true” method that brings his audience along through the week, ending with a mountain top experience that impacts the lives of campers.

Church Sponsored Events – Keith’s stand-up comedy uses stories of growing up as a P.K. (Preacher’s Kid) in the church. Keith has made church groups from age 14 to 84 laugh so hard they were brought to tears. His gift of storytelling always keeps his audiences riveted.

Target Audiences:

In the past Keith had been known as a youth event speaker, however in 2005, 32 of his 43 speaking engagements were for mixed audiences of all ages.

Keith has proven that he can be effective at every level. If asked he will tell you that his favorite audience demographic is age 18 to 40ish . . . but a recent engagement in Wood River Illinois to an audience of (primarily) senior citizens proved that his material and style works for audiences of all ages.

* Revival: Keith is a dynamic speaker and soul winner. Often he is called upon to preach an entire series of sermons in a revival format. Keith’s ability to speak to the un-churched has proven to be very effective. Keith has a down to earth delivery and knows how to cast the net.

* Youth Rallies/Camps: Keith’s bread and butter is speaking at youth events and rallies. Keith has delivered hundreds of messages to this age group and thousands of teenagers have given their lives to Christ at these services. * Stand-Up Comedy: Because of his comedic style, many churches have booked Keith to “just be funny.” On these occasions, Keith gives a 40 minute stand-up routine catered to the church.
